c. Scientific Run, Analysis & AI Chat Data
We process the primers, probes, query sequences, run data, analysis results, and AI chat content you submit to provide the requested analysis and AI chat features. This scientific data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Primers, probes, query sequences, analysis results, and AI chat content are not used to train AI models. Run and analysis data is automatically removed after seven days. Users may manually delete a selected analysis from Run History before that period ends and may manually delete AI chat conversations and sessions from Chat History.

We use collected data to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the BLASTseq AI service
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests
- Send technical updates or notifications
- Monitor usage and enhance security
- Analyze tool performance and improve the Service, without using primers, probes, query sequences, analysis results, or AI chat content to train AI models

We do not sell personal or scientific data. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- When required by law or legal process
- To protect the rights or safety of users or our company
- With service providers that process contact form submissions and deliver communications on our behalf, such as Brevo
Contact form information is shared only as needed to respond to enquiries, provide support, and deliver related email communications.

05Data Retention
Run and analysis data is automatically removed after seven days, regardless of subscription plan. Users may manually delete a selected analysis from Run History before that period ends. AI chat conversations and sessions may be manually deleted by the user from Chat History.
Other records, including account, billing, transaction, support, security, fraud-prevention, tax, and legally required records, may be retained for separate operational or legal periods. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must retain for legitimate operational or legal purposes.

- Request access to or correction of your personal data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data, subject to applicable operational and legal retention requirements
- Manually delete selected analyses and AI chat conversations or sessions using the controls provided in the Service
